Well, I've done it.

I made a move that while a little scary I'm very happy I've done.

This is something that I've been pondering for a while.

Will it work? Will I be missing anything? Will I regret this decision?

So far the answer is no. I've been very happy with this decision.

So what am I talking about?

In this review of Systeme.io I will go over what it's capable of and why you should make a serious consideration to using it to run your business.

So what exactly is Systeme.io? Well, it's the only tool you need to launch your online business.

Now there are a ton of different tools out there that will let you do each of these things. Some are excellent, and some not so much. But it can be a major hassle to find the right tools that both fit your needs AND work well together!

I’ve tried many myself and have always been frustrated by how one part might work, but the next one won’t. Wouldn’t it be great if there was just one tool that did it all?

Once in you are presented with the Dashboard. This gives you an overview of you leads and sales. The interface is very clean and easy to navigate.

This clean aesthetic continues throughout the platform. I have to say I really appreciate this. Everything is very logically laid out. And because it’s so simple and clean everything loads very fast.

Email marketing is arguably the most important part of your business. There is a saying that goes “The money is in the list”. This refers to a list of email leads and it is absolutely true. Though it would be more acurate to say "The money is in the RELATIONSHIP with the list!"

Of all the marketing channels from Ads to Social Media, email consistently has the highest ROI of up to 4400%! The general base average is about $1 per month, per subscriber on your list. You can think of it like this, if you have:

Now this greatly depends on the relationship you have with your list. You could end up making only $0.25/mo per subscriber, or you could make $25/mo per subscriber!

Building a strong relationship with your list so they know, like and trust you is the key to big profits! And you do that by delivering value.

The email backend of Systeme.io is handled through Sendgrid, a very reliable email host.

You can create elaborate emails with graphics and fancy stuff, or plain text emails through a simple word processor interface. Studies have shown simpler emails perform better than fancier one.

It’s easy to setup a campaign (series of emails) that go out on a schedule you choose.

PRO TIP: The more you email your list the more money you will make. You want to stay at the top of your subscribers mind. Try to send them at LEAST three emails per week.

A funnel is a special kind of website that is free of distractions. It guides your leads along a path to becoming a customer.

Each successive page leads them to your offers with upsells, downsells, and order bumps, which greatly increases your cart value. Sales funnels are the best way to sell your product and services.

Creating funnels in Systeme.io is simple. You start off by choosing what kind of funnel you want like Build and audience, Sell a product, Custom, or Run an evergreen webinar. This is also where you give it a name and choose the currency for the funnel.

If you choose Build an audience, Sell or Webinar a few steps will automatically be made for you. You can add/delete/arrange as many funnel steps as you want. You can also start with a page template and customize it, or start from scratch.

Out of the box the templates look great! They’re professionally made and comparable to ones you might find with Clickfunnels or Kajabi. You can customize them how you like, adding and new elements like text boxes, image, videos, countdown timers, order bumps, pricing tables, testimonials, and so much more with the easy to use, drag-and-drop editor. And of course everything is mobile responsive too.

My one complaint is that there aren't any themed sets of pages. It would be nice to have pre-made opt-in pages, sales pages, upsell pages and so on with a similar look.

Creating a great looking, high converting funnel in Systeme.io is easy!

Blogging can be an important part of your marketing strategy. By creating valuable blog posts on your topic you will build awareness to your expertise, products and services.

In your posts you can have call-to-actions which can get people onto your email list, or take them to one of your funnels.

You can create unlimited different blogs in Systeme.io. You can customize the main blog template, as well as the post template to suit your branding.

When writing blog posts you’re presented with the same drag-and-drop editor as the funnel builder so you can add any conversion elements you want. You can also add keywords and meta data to improve SEO ranking of your posts.

The way it handles text can be a little irritating. It basically treats your blog posts as funnel pages. You have to first add or reuse a text block. This means you can’t just start writing like you would in a text editor or in WordPress.

But since it uses the same editor as the funnel builder you get all the same conversion elements. You can add call-to-actions, pricing tables, pop-ups, testimonials and more.

Overall it’s very usable but as a blog platform but it definitely takes some getting used to.

Workflows allow you to segment subscribers based on their behavior.

You create triggers and actions to send emails, tag them, subscribe them to email campaigns, or enroll them in your courses.

The possibilities are endless and and it’s really quite intuitive. The wokflow editor in Systeme.io is very powerful. Once you learn how to use it you can automate your tasks and take your business to the next level.

This is where create the assets you are going to sell. Let’s say you want to create a course. It couldn’t be easier with System.io!

Simply choose Courses and Add a new course.

Courses are broken down into modules and lectures. Add and name a module, then do the same for a lecture. When editing your lecture you’re given a simplified version of the page builder. Again it’s very easy to change what you want here.

You can have text, audio, video, and images. To save time You can even duplicate your lectures and modify them as needed. You can even drag and drop your lessons in whatever order you want!

In the settings you can choose whether the course will be available all at once, or you can drip it out over time. These settings can even be changed based on how you setup your sales page.

For instance if someone is on a payment plan you can drip out the content, but for people who pay full price upfront you can give full access right away!

If you have multiple courses you can setup bundles to sell. You can also create coupons to give discounts based on percentage or specified price.

You can also create your own affiliate program for you products! This means anyone who signs up to your list or programs can promote your products and they will get a percentage of the sale. This equates to free advertising and many extra customers you otherwise wouldn’t have!

There’s a lot you can do here and it’s all very well laid out.

The higher plans of Systeme.io even allows you to run evergreen webinars! Webinars have become one of the best ways to sell your products.

People opt-in for your free webinar where you create a video training that provides massive value. At the end of the webinar you pitch your product and watch the sales come in.

Systeme.io only allows you to create evergreen webinars, not live webinars. But for the most part that is probably all you will need. And the fact that it’s built right into the platform makes it that much easier.

This is one area that really sets Systeme.io apart. Their support team is fantastic!

Email support is quick to respond to any technical issues you may have. And they have a thriving Facebook community where Aurelian and the support team are very active.

If you sign up for a yearly plan their team will even migrate your current business over to Systeme from whatever platform you're currently on!

They did a pretty good job bringing my blog over from WordPress. The only real issues I had are from the limitations of their blogging platform, but as I said it just takes some time to get used to.

But as a whole their support team is top notch!

Now we come one of the best parts about Systeme.io. The price!

Each plan has limits on the number of contacts, sales funnels, and so on, but even the free plan has more than enough to get started.

Paid plans start at just $27 a month for Startup. Webinar is just $47 and gives you access to, you guessed it, Webinars! And the Unlimited plan is just $97 a month! And it truly is unlmimited features.

If you’ve been around the marketing software block at all you would know that this is dirt cheap!

Heck, most autoresponders only do email for more than $27/month! The fact that you get so much for free/low price from an all-in-one platform is simply incredible!

Systeme.io offers a lot of features and functionality. But it’s not the only one. There are other all-in-one marketing options out there. Let’s talk about a few of them.

Clickfunnels is probably the most popular option out there. It’s a fantastic solution with big brand recognition. The founder Russell Brunson is one of the top marketers in the world today. He popularized sales funnels enough to make them a house hold name.

While Clickfunnels is fantastic option it is also pricey. Starting at $97 per month and going up to $297 a month for the full suite, it can be out of the reach of most small business owners when they’re just starting out.

Kajabi is another popular all-in-one platform. It’s supposed to be a little more refined than Clickfunnels but also comes a steeper starting price point.

A LOT of online courses are hosted with Kajabi. It seems to be recognized more for its course functionality than all the other features it provides.

A third option is Builderall, which is pretty much popular for two reasons: It’s cheap and you get decent commissions for referrals. While I’ve never actually used the platform myself I have heard many horror stories about what a mess it is. It’s generally not recommended.

Kartra is another big name out there. It has many great features as well and is priced similar to Clickfunnels. It has a growing following and getting more features all the time.

I should note that none of these platforms offer webinars. Kartra has a sister webinar solution, but it is a separate cost.

The closest competitor to Systeme would be Groove.cm.

Groove was created by one of the OG's of internet marketing, Mike Filsaime. It has a very similar feature set to Systeme and even has a free forever plan as well.

It could be a good option, but in my experience it is very buggy and awkard to use. It has been in Beta for quite some time and is in active development, but IMO it's not quite there yet.

Systeme.io is an amazing platform! It packs in a ton of features. It’s very intuitive. It’s fast. And everything just works!

There are a few bumps here and there, most notably the blogging system, but even those are too bad.

And the fact that it comes in at such an incredibly low price is just the icing on the cake!

Systeme.io makes a bold promise that it’s “The Only Tool You Need To Launch Your Online Business” and I’d say they’ve succeeded.

It's easy to use and the support behind it is second to none.

I can’t recommend Systeme.io highly enough. If you’re starting an online business Systeme is the way to go!
